Here are the facts:
One semi-auto shot from the glock fires a single bullet.
One burst shot from the glock fires 3 bullets.
Jules did a single then a burst instantly after it.
3+1 = 4.
Assuming all of those are true, Jules was in fact 4-shotting. I dunno about that last fact but they seem pretty solid.
